STEP 1
We get to know you
This first step consists of submitting your profile via our pre-registration form. This will allow us to discover the main axes of your personality as well as the main lines of the type of people you are looking for.
The pre-registration form takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
STEP 2
Review of your pre-registration form
Once received, your form will be carefully reviewed to determine whether My SoulMate may be able to support you in your search. Two outcomes are possible:
1 — We are unable to support you at this time.
If we do not believe we can adequately meet your needs—particularly because our current pool of profiles does not offer enough realistic possibilities based on your criteria—you will be notified by email. A negative response today does not mean that joining My SoulMate will never be possible. With your consent, we may retain your information and contact you in the future if new possibilities arise.
2 — You are invited to a pre-registration meeting.
If your profile appears to be a potential fit for My SoulMate’s services, you will receive an email containing a link to schedule a confidential 15-minute video meeting.
This meeting will allow us to briefly get to know you, clarify some of your responses and complete the assessment of your application. After the meeting, you will receive an email confirming whether your application has been accepted.
STEP 3
We invite you to register
If, after this first online meeting with you, we are able to offer you to register, you will then receive by email a link to make a second appointment with our team to finalize your registration. This 60-minute appointment is step 3.
It is at this stage that we will offer you a one-year contract where we will undertake to offer you, within the year, a minimum of five (5) profiles corresponding to your criteria.
It is also during this meeting that we will deepen our knowledge of who you are, of your ideal partner and that we will be able to identify the relational and spiritual dynamics that will work best for you. We'll get to the heart of what matters most to you in your search for the perfect match.
Our questions are carefully constructed to guide your entire journey with us and allow us to represent you. authentically at every step.
To finalize your registration, we will need two (2) official documents (proof of identity with a picture and your adress and pay slip) allowing us to verify the information you have given us. This profile verification reassures all the people registered in the agency. Of course, these documents remain completely confidential.
STEP 4
Bismillah: We organise
your first meeting!
Once your registration is complete, we organize your first online meeting with a person who corresponds to you. Meetings take place in accordance with religious rules.
During meetings, someone from our team introduces you to the other person. You then discuss with the other person for 40 minutes. The presence of a guardian (wali) for the woman is permitted. Couples never remain alone together.
During meetings, no exchange of contact details between people is allowed. In addition, the information about you that the person you meet has is very basic: we do not communicate any surnames or any information allowing you to be completely identified.
Thus, if you do not wish to follow up on this meeting, the Agency will communicate with the other person for this purpose and you will not have to live in a situation that could be uncomfortable. The information that each will have on the other before this meeting is as follows: your first name, your profession, the city where you live, your marital status and your origin.
STEP 5
After your meeting...
Once the meeting is over, each person is invited to fill out a form to indicate whether they wish to follow up or not.
If the two people agree to follow up, we will put you in contact so that you can continue the discussions outside the agency.
